-Guest must be 18+ to book this cabin -NO PARTIES -10 Humans Max -Private parking for up to 4 vehicles -This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $1000 minimum to remove the smoke smell. -We do not supply firewood but you can get some at any local corner store or gas station. -As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the cabin. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and be charged a $500 fee. -We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. -There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that. Please also make sure your car is locked at all times. They like to get in vehicles and know how to open car doors. -There is a bear proof bin that the trash cans are located in by the driveway. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin. -The house is on well water. We suggest bringing bottled water to drink. -The inside fireplace is electric and controlled by a little remote. Please return it to the mantel when not using. -If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub. -We can not accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean cabin for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests. -We have an owners closet located off the bathroom on the bottom level. This has a key pad lock on it and houses all our extra supplies. Please do not mess with the key pad. -If you are late to check out, we reserve the right to charge $2.00 per minute past your scheduled 10AM checkout. -A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. - Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, paper plates, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local country store, or the nearby Walmart. -At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times. -The cabin is on a paved mountain road but you might encounter some steep hills during your drive. We recommend 4 wheel drive when traveling in the Great Smoky Mountains although it is not needed if you know how to navigate driving in the mountains.
